Hey all

I am sorry if this has been asked before or anything, i've been trying to solve this problem for the past 5 hours and don't even know what to search for in the forums.

I have the cracked Kontakt 8, and it loads the libraries which you "install" using an installer, but libraries i try to load, which aren't from NI, or not installed using an installer, just show up in DEMO mode, no matter what i do.

Does someone know a solution to this?

What version of Kontakt, 8.2.1? People have already mentioned this. Try to include your version, which releaser, and MacOS version. If it is specific libraries, mention a couple. Also if those same libraries worked in prior versions you had installed of them.

One thing you can always try, is if you have a problem with one team's release; uninstall and clean up, then try the same version (or as close as you can find) but from a different team. For this one, either HCiso or Moria.

No, i am using version 8.0.0, by Moria, and i am on a 2021 MacBook Pro, Apple M1 Pro, running Sequoia 15.3.2

What i can do right now, as a workaround, is just to keep my old Kontakt 5.6 for my old libraries and use Kontakt 8 separately for newer libraries that come with an installer.. Just sucks i can't use any newer libraries that don't come with an installer

For anyone running into the same problem:

I installed the newest version (Kontakt 8.2 by Moria) which comes with 2 tools to add libraries, of which i tried the second one (KT Library add tool 2) and this one worked..

i hope this works because i have a lot of new kontakt libraries and they won’t get out of demo

 

Im having that issue also; between the plists, the native access file, the nicnt file, the snip number, and whatever other variables there are, there lies an answer.

Hate seeing "use kontakt 6" or "use the new KLU/scripts" or any reply that is a workout given as an answer.
