There is no specific Fix as such because...
This happens due to the presets using a Soundsource from different expansions.

Most of this third party presets are built using the Nexus 2 banks. So try installing all the old Nexus 2 expansions from the DONGLE era. Perhaps around 15-20.
This will solve your problem and most of the free presets floating in the Internet will work just fine.

But some may still give you this message...
The ultimate solution is to install the whole gigantic 200 GB+ Nexus library.

This is not the case, Nexus 2 was never cracked past 2.2, that whole 30k preset pack works for 2.2 if you have a full torrent. There is only 1 exp pack that won't work and then another one that is for omnisphere so you can remove those. Past that all the packs in that mega pack work for 2.2 and higher. All of those packs come from producers that were using cracked Nexus 2.2 not 2.3.2 because it never got cracked that high.
