I'm on the market for a new oscilloscope plugin hence the thread here. Searched the web but was not convinced. Here resides the power users why not ask them right. Also last thread for plugins like this on the forum is either for MAC or old threads.

Been using the exoscope since the dawn of the DAWs. I was wandering what's the best oscilloscope plugin (PC) available in 2025 ?
Which one's your favourite and why ? If you paste a image of it doing the job like this one will be very helpful. I'm on Ableton Live, Bitwig and Studio One so better to be in VST/CLAP format but M4L are welcome too.

I like Schulz.Audio Oszillos Mega Scope. It is not free though. They seem to have a sale right now.

You can have one or more channels shown in the scope overlapping with different colors which is helpful to align phases.

Bluecat have a good multiscope too: OscilloscopeMulti It is a bit cheaper than the Schulz.Audio one.

Ok, I normally use the built in scopes in plugins (since they're the handiest in synthesis) or if I'm getting down to heavy business might as well fire Sound Forge.

But on other occasions (while overkill just for scopes) I do find the oscilloscopes in Cardinal very handy:

How about VISION 4x?

 

It's still a ridiculous price for an oscilloscope. Price aside, I would also pick this one. For free, VPS Scope is all I need and a little more.

Izotope Insight 2 is my favorite paid metering with imaging option. it can function as a "mothership" like Neutron, so you can see basically any combination of channels you want all feeding the information back to the main plugin, by putting their free Relay plugin on each channel.

I use the schulz audio one or for quickie the one that's in shaper box

 

DMG Trackmeter has one in it too, which is pretty nice. It can go up to full screen if you want. You enable the preferences menu which shows up on the bottom of the plugin; and you can change various settings, rather than menu diving for them. Left click on the waveform display and you can drag horizontally and vertically for adjusting the zoom levels smoothly. It's about 50 bucks but it has all the other various metering options. They display separately, to switch meters is a few arrows below the logo at top left.
