Hi, my old macbook pro had a problem. I had to reinstall everything. Since then, i can't create Setups on Nebula, AU, VST3 or AAX, got the " Error creating AU, VST3 or AAX setup configuration file" . Tried everuthing but no luck so far. Had no problem before with this version from sister site. I'm on Sonoma, intel and use legit Cubase pro 13. Help please. Thanks

I'm not a Mac user, maybe this will help you a little:

    Architecture compatibility

All Acustica Audio products support Intel 64 bits and Apple Silicon M architectures. A product compatibility chart is maintained and updated by our technical support service.

If you have any queries or concerns about the architecture and format support, especially for older products, contact us by creating a new support case in the help-desk and assigning it to our support department.

After several tests, we have detected that our products do not run correctly with the Rosetta version 2 because they need the optimisations for the Intel instructions AVX, AVX2, and AVX512. We recommend absolutely avoiding the use of Rosetta version 2.

    Operating systems compatibility

Major Microsoft and Apple operating systems are supported, for example, macOS 10.15 (for Intel computers), macOS 13 (for Silicon M computers), and Windows 10 21H1 to Windows 11 22H2. A compatibility chart is maintained and updated by our technical support service.

If your operating system is not on this list, it doesn't necessarily mean that our plug-ins won't work within it. It means that this has not been tested. If something goes wrong with an unsupported operating system, please contact support, and we will do our best to help you. However, we cannot guarantee that a solution will be found.

For more details about the operating system's compatibility, contact us by creating a new support case in the help-desk and assigning it to our support department.

Audio hosts, Video hosts, DAWs, and NLEs compatibility

Major DAWs and NLEs such as Cubase, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools are supported. A compatibility chart is maintained and updated by our technical support service.

If your DAW or NLE is not on our list, it doesn't necessarily mean that our plug-ins won't work within it. It means that this has not been tested. If something goes wrong with an unsupported DAW or NLE, please contact support, and we will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that a solution will be found.

For more details about hosts, DAWs, and NLEs compatibility, contact us by creating a new support case in the help-desk and assigning it to our support department.

    Plug-in format compatibility
All Acustica Audio products support VST, AU, and AAX plug-in formats. A product compatibility chart is maintained and updated by our technical support service.

For more details about architectures and formats compatibility, contact us by creating a new support case in the help-desk and assigning it to our support department.
