Every online response seems useless, and full of assholes begging you not to do it. Probably bots or dickhead hypnotized by uncle bill marketing.. Is it possible to have a machine (like the one i described before) or not?

Defender is not fond of Sister Site/Torrents at all. Defender Control halts all possible Defender interference, for years I use this.

Stopping Windows Updates: WUB -Windows Update Blocker. It just works bro. My daily driver for years.

I don't know who these people are that need Windows Update constantly running in order to survive online, prolly the folks who contact Microsoft itself when issues arise.

On a fresh install (Local Acct, Every 6-10 months), I let Windows Update run for a few hours, double-check, let it run some more...then leave updates off for 6-10 months. Never a problem with privacy/driver/security issues. The only thing I lose out on is Microsoft peeking up my PC's butt 24/7.

WinUpdate permanently running is absolutely not needed in a residential setup.

Yes, been using ReviOS for about 3 years now on Windows10, not a single problem. 35 processes on boot up, incredible.
I am upgrading the machine, all hardware, complete, so I need to reinstall Win and ReviOS and all software. Can I ask you, as I see you are on W11?, how good does it manage its quirks?, I am not sure to jump ship but I am aware of Microsoft stopping W10 support and updates in October..Is MIDI timing OK on 11? I mostly do virtual instruments so lots of it...

1.Install Windows
2.Disable all unneeded Services ( as many as you can now )
3. GPedit and disable all the antimalware, antivirus, windows update
4. System settings disable the Page file, disable hybernation-delete that file after
5. Boot into that system using Puppy Linux in a flash drive
Delete all unneeded files ( Antimalware executable is a major one to do)
6. Install applications and everything you need
7. Make an image right away of that system into a USB portable SSD drive

Free Software ( Most important tools)
Macrium Reflect ( Drive imaging)
FreeFileSync ( Drive mirroring and file sync)
Puppy Linux ( installed on a small usb flash drive to get into Windows machines)
DoubleDriver ( to backup your drivers from a running or offline system)



These 4 tools have saved my ass too many times, this is why we have backups.

Always online - yes but not recommended
Without Defender and any other antivirus - yes but not recommended (depends on your surfing habits - Defender A/V sucks. You'll be better off with third party A/V like SEP)
Without any kind of update - yes
Without modifying the original ISO - yes (but then you're having to deal with a ton of OEM b.s. to make it secure)

Your job of securing an OEM build (especially of win11) will be twice as hard than if you built the machine originally with a Superlite image like GhostSpectre, or TinyOS. These images install just as easily of not more so than the OEM image. Also some of the optimization tools mentioned above that are for win10 will not work, or will work half assed when attempting to use them on win11. A super-lite image like GS has more than half of the stuff you mentioned already done for you when the image finishes building. This means you're not having to rely on a bunch of dodgey third party bits to accomplish what the image has already done.
