2 Questions:

When i buy a used FL Studio Producer Edition, does the "Lifetime free Upgrades policy" from FL give me the newest 2024 Version?
So for example i buy a 21 used license.

2. Question.
Can i open FL Projects from the biggest All plugins version with the Studio Version?
When in the project just the Studio plugins were used?

You can't buy a "used" license, since reselling is against their TOS. The account could be banned after transaction.

If the project contains plugins you don't own, they'll go in demo mode and play a bit of white noise every now and then (I think).

So when I would buy a new Producer edition I can open a FL project or template for example from the All Plugins Edition. But some Plugins could be on demo mode. Than I can save it as Studio edition FLP?

No, it does not generate any white noise.

 

You will receive this message if you try to save a project with the demo plugins. So basically, you won't be able to make changes after you reopen the project.

"One plugin in this project is a trial version.
It will be locked the next time this project is opened. You can unlock it by buying the plugin and opening the project."

And yes, it comes with lifetime free updates. So, whatever version you have, you can always update it to the latest version. And I would suggest not to but a second hand license, unless it is dirt cheap or at a throwaway price. They may suspend the account, if they find anything suspicious. They usually forgive for the first time though, but it isn't worth risking if the money you save by buying second hand license isn't significant.
