You are aware that anyone can edit Wikipedia?

 

He needs someone who is a writer to create the wiki. All the links, notes, references, citations, formatting, image uploads, etc.

It's a lot more work than you might expect.

Don't bother. You won't be able to get it on Wikipedia. It will not be approved in the first place or it will be nominated for deletion. You need to be really big with a lot of buzz in news or need to have a significant presence in the respective industry to be eligible for having a page on Wikipedia. It is called "Notability" in there. I don't see your lable is notable enough yet. There needs to be a lot of media coverage from reputed and reliable media.

You may get it up in some other language than English, as they allow such articles without any moderation and it will be alright as long as the moderators their have no problem with your page.

 

That's not the hardest part here. The hardest part is proving the notability of the subject. It needs to be notable to have an entry in Wikipedia. If you can't prove the notability with reputed sources, you won't have a page.
