No, sorry I don't know of a plugin that sounds like that pedal. I'm unfamiliar with the pedal as well.

An overview, there are more changes than originally listed.

From the video description:

New modulation sources in the matrix:
- Drift1 (VCO1 drift, a randomised per voice drift factor applied to VCO1)
- Drift2 (VCO2 drift, a randomised per voice drift factor applied to VCO2)
- DriftF (VCF drift amount, a randomised per voice drift factor applied to VCF)
New destinations:
- FiltDriftA (VCF tuning drift amount)
- FiltDriftS (VCF tuning drift speed)
- OscDriftA (VCO tuning drift amount)
- OscDriftS (VCO tuning drift speed)

- In LFO sync mode, dotted notes are now resetting correctly.

Fixed:
- "thumping issue"
- A reset all controllers message was resetting the mod wheel to 0, meaning maximum performance LFO modulation instead of no modulation.
- After resetting factory patches the routine will read back and verify that the patches have indeed been written to flash.
- After resetting factory patches, the patch names cache is invalidated in the select encoder menu. Correct patch names should now be shown immediately.
- Fixed channel pressure messages not sending if selected as the 'Aftertouch Out' and forwarding ArpSeqSel is deselected in MIDI Forwarding menu.
- Fixed impossible to start Arpeggiator or Sequencer when local control is off and sync mode is set to internal.
- Fixed behaviour of CC in dual mode

^ The BX1 is clearly on. A Yamaha DX1 clone with an CS-80-inspired analogue multi-mode filter, SD card slot, assumed to be 32-note polyphony by GN, link below.

Perhaps it was early IDK, but I do know the Pro-16 was in beta testing last September, and its been a year since the JT-16 was in prototype so I'm guessing it's likely alive as well.

I haven't watched this yet, just posting.
