This was a bummer, even (k) from the sista site its not worth the trouble for me cause to have a juicy silicon collection of plugs then switch to rosetta, eh! Last time i did this more then half my native plugs vanished from my logic pro plug in manager and upon shutting Rosetta off logic had to rescan all the plug ins agan!

Logic X has a stock vocal alignment function that works great. I don’t think you need to go through all the trouble of switching to Rosetta for a function that it’s available for you.

Looks like you made up your mind. Why bother asking people over the internet then?
As for your question, if you can't afford to spend on either vocalign or waves legit sync vx, its all a moot point. Shifting to Rosetta is the most economical way if you have a bunch of vocals.

    Glad to help:)

Logic requires some digging to know the ins and outs. It’s an awesome DAW.

As for your offer, I let you know when desperation hits new heights

Well any au plugin has to work under the Rosetta framework or run inside AUHostingCompatibilityService in Logic due to the way it simply IS.

sucks.. sure... but ARA/ARA2 gotta get their sh1t figured out with Apple re: apple silicon and how they sandbox etc with AU's and it's a bit of a drag.... but what it is...

Works with pro tools, issue is apple support with m1 and logic, i read comments on other forums and here all suggesting its the way logic and su works.

    Which is what I said.

It's a nature of the "protection" of the au stream and protocol, and both Celemony and Waves and everyone else kinda either has to work it out ARA with them in that regard, or around that regard,, or Apple has to budge on their "security" lockdown on that or whatnot... as it does work in Rosetta mode on apple silicon (but you don't have RUN Logic in Rosetta to use it, just that plugin will be in it's own sandbox and subject to issues perhaps, ...or perhaps not).
