I have this close friend who is a pro painter artist. He specializes in making caricature portraits and experts say he has a unique style. I am definitely not an expert, i just enjoy my friend's artwork and i am happy he has a somewhat worldwide recognition. His "life size" Johnny Cash is displayed on the Johnny Cash museum in the US. A few days ago and while we were sipping early afternoon coffee, he got a Google notification that some AI had snatched/modeled his work without his authorization and prompting him if he wanted to block the whatever user or not. So guys, just be ready to get ripped off, coming soon in your screens, phones and whatnot hahaha. An example of my friend's work:

 

Haha, based on the signature I looked up more of his work and it's great! In the ones on his Instagram, he captures the celebrities as if you were photographing them through some uneven fish-eye lens from the weirdest angles, it's not even a standard caricature. It's unrealistic and realistic at the same time. At the same time, it's a little disheartening to see talented people have to deal with stupid shit like that nowadays

Also, enjoyment is not the final goal of all art; some artists will suffer greatly (fine tuning envelopes for instance ), aiming at a good result, wherein lies the satisfaction. Moreover, enjoyment of the process isn't the same for everyone; some will like it as easy and light as possible, but many truly enjoy the hard work. This guy's stance is like telling someone 'Oh, crossword puzzles aren't enjoyable! You should always check the answers on the back and just copy them. Then you'll enjoy yourself!'
