Anyone know a good vst de-verber that removes reverb from an audio file/sample/etc.

SPL de-verb, it's a one knob vst (+ makeup gain) but it's absolutely a must have. I use it everytime. worth the money trust me

i de-verb a clip then render fx, if a need to change something i restore the plugin change the value and render again

+1 for UNVEIL. I have to do a lot of surgery on bad audio. UNVEIL is the best I've found.

 

Plugin Alliiance spl De-Verb is the way to go indeed, it suprises me from time to time.... in a good way!
if you download the plugin alliance pack you can just install that without the rest (witch you should try anyway in my opinion *yes* )

it also does not use consume much cpu power, A modarate cpu should load +- 50 instances without any problem I think!


In contrast with zynaptiq UNVEIL witch also does a good job, but is very very cpu hungry and might be a little confusing at first.
I always end up freezing the channel, witch is kind of a headache in FL studio...

 

I use iZotope stuff, it's not really "clean" and precise, but can get you nice effects indeed.
