I set the power plan to higher perf in Windows and use the software Bitusm Core Park to put Core Parking at 100% at all times.

    1. The Windows 11 don't wake up from sleep from keyboard or mouse it can only wake up from power button.

    2. Sometimes windows reboot randomly three or four times a day especially after wake up from sleep with the power button as waking up is impossible from keyboard or mousse.

Is this a laptop or desktop machine you're talking about?

If it's a desktop disable all sleep/hibernation junk as it's not needed and set the power plan to All High-Performance.

you gotta look into BIOS and make sure things are set correctly like EHCI/XHCI, USB power during sleep, power bias, ACPI and such,
and in Windows, make sure you have correct chipset and other motherboard drivers from manufacturer's website

Have you tried both a CPU stress test and memory stress test?

what BIOS settings have changed from stock?

Is this wired mouse and kyboard or wireless? If wireless, then probably the USB port is being suspend when machine goes to sleep so disable suspend in Power Plan and also disable the option to turn off power in Power Management in the Device Manager Properties for the USB dongle if it's an option.

I have Logitech MX Keys and MX Master 3 mouse and the donle doesn't get recognised during boot normally, with the pre-boot screen stating no mouse or keyboard detected, no matter what I do (but is detected sometimes). Sometimes it just is what it is and you will go down the rabbit hole and never find a solution!

Also, relating to Power Plan, you should also do the registry hack to active the Ultimate Performance power plan too. Open Commans Prompt as admin and type the below and then hit enter:

    powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

I try with a different mousse and keyboard and also install a second fresh Windows in another partition but nothing works. So I contact MSI support.

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...em-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e

    Optimize Windows

    - Power options

Any power saving option should be disabled in favor of consistent performance. Open Control Panel ▸ Power Options ▸ Create a power plan ▸ High performance and set the power saving mode to ‘Never’.

When the plan is set up, go to Change power plan settings ▸ Change advanced power settings ▸ USB settings and disable the ‘USB selective power saving setting’ there.

    1. Try Chris Titus Tech Utility. Paste the following into PowerShell and press enter:

1.1 Run "O&OShutUp10++" to see which options are selected/deselected throughout your system (located under “Tweaks” tab)

1.2 Install “Ultimate Performance Profile” located under “Tweaks” tab, and situated on the right half of the screen, toward the bottom. (Note: You can also remove it from here if you wish.)

    2. https://mega.nz/file/2J9ASQJY#0xVSmGHqRQ8uR80rL_gg_aY_1zkTFGVp2j8pYR_gbmg This is a *zip file that contains *cmd and *reg files written/created by the AtlasOS Team. If you consider using any of them, I suggest you read about them first if need be.
