Can anyone experienced in orchestral music help me figure out this beat? It sounds like the musician is using some orchestral samples, likely from a Kontakt library. Please let me know if you know any such library.

I have spent a significant amount of time trying to recreate this but no luck. It is fairly simple beat at face, yet I am struggling to replicate it. I can make one that sounds similar but I can't replicate the bounciness created by the panned percussions in the beat and I don't have any idea what those panned percussions are called either. Any help is appreciated.
