So, having said that, people in other countries should only bake bread because they cannot make money in the field of art, and only people and immigrants to America can find a job and make money in the field of music.

A baker is a skilled worker with usually 3 years of training. If all musicians become bakers, 95% of bakers will remain unemployed because there is only a need for 5% bakers.

The key they are looking for is in the education and training of people. Intelligence, entrepreneurship and bank loans sometimes lead to new business areas. In some countries you can also study music or study a musical instrument and then work in an orchestra.

Study a lot and work hard, finally immigrate to America to breathe in the world of music. It's really a strange world. There is no physical and mental pressure in any job as much as art and especially music. Of course, if it is possible to immigrate to America and get a visa ...??? It's very funny.

You can't say that in general terms, in other professions such as air traffic controllers, police officers and call center employees, the stress level is enormous.

You should rather work on changing society from the bottom up. As a pensioner, set up tutoring groups for young people and teach them music. Learn musical instruments. Go to schools with other parents and demand more music lessons from a music teacher.

You are working on a system that you cannot change. Change yourself and with it your environment. Look at it from a bird's eye view, go straight into life on the street and don't wait for those up there to do something for you.

In the hours you spend writing here you can also teach others something. Start a club to promote music with like-minded people in your area.
    Start living....

At least they get paid for their work. A permanent salary. No matter how classy a profession is, it is not considered a job without continual salary.

If they weren't paid, they wouldn't do their work.

What we do privately is either voluntary, a hobby, helping out in the neighborhood or leisure activities.

EDIT: Everything we do privately is voluntary, a hobby, neighborhood help, or leisure time.

Well, they do the logical thing. On the planet, no one does anything unless he gets paid. Except for the artist, most of the time, no price is defined for his work. Governments and companies have defined rights for any job anywhere because the worker works for them, but they have not defined any rights for the artist because they do not consider being an artist as a job. Artists have faced this plight since the beginning.
Insurance companies or governments should define minimums for those who do artistic work, and the law should define wages and salaries for them. Why are the rights defined for a construction worker but not defined for an artist? This shows the weakness of legislation and management, that basically, legislators are enemies with artists and want to remove them from the economic scene.

All the rights you have today were fought for by generations before you.

Start a musicians union and organize yourselves!!!

I have no right. When I can claim that a right has been considered for me, that the work of art can be looked at without any special problems like other jobs, and that the artist can benefit from job privileges like other workers. Now artists need bread and no one does anything for them. People who control artists treat them like slaves.

I am not a troll. I feel sorry for the artists that no one understands their lives and hardships. Artists are the most unemployed people in society. Everyone has a job in society except artists.
Without justice, human civilization will not survive. A civilization in which most people live like slaves and are treated only for the benefit of the chieftains. In human civilization, every human being should have an honorable life, not that the resources go to certain people and the rest of the people left destitute.:)

Whatever. The solution to the problem is not 30,000 words of useless drivel.

Life on earth is 80% work and income and 20% other things. That 80% is so important that even if a hundred billion words are said about it, it is still not enough. Finding a solution for the unemployment of thousands of unemployed artists in search of work is an extremely complex problem.
