    Hi,

I'm looking for a Kontakt Library with String Falls Articulation to use it in Disco songs.

Has maybe LASS or Symphobia this Sounds? I have session strings and by Using the Pitchband I have falls and scoops but they sound too flat and muddy.

    Thanks in advance

I'd say the Disco riffs are actually played string runs.
Program a legato RUN (pitchbend would only pitch a single chord/note) up or down, make it sound 80's cheesy (less freq band, lots of reverb,YOU can use NI Session Strings , sound 80's out of the box) and you should be close.
    Good Luck

Honestly, the best i found to get scoops and falls for disco strings are samples loops.
But to be a bit more free, i think Session Strings pro are definitely the best for this task. Sorry to not be more helpful

NI actually makes one and it's easy to find: Session Strings (or, if you have unlimited drive space, you can seek out Session Strings PRO). You can set it up in the Kontakt GUI so that the pitch bend wheel either behaves normally or triggers scoops/falls.

as I said Session string has connected the falls and scoops to Pitchbad up and Down. Thet are real played samples but they don't sound good.

Maybe cinemaric string runs can create realistic falls.

I have session strings basic but they sound too flat and muddy and don't want to buy Pro. I bought LASS

Sorry I didn't see your post! I actually use Session Strings as my "main strings" for anything that doesn't require actual orchestral strings, like pop music or ballads. I like that it's extremely easy to adjust (decay and attack) and that it's basically broken up into the four main string sections (violin, viola, cello, bass) over one keyboard. I basically take them as a replacement for the synths or stock stuff on SampleTank that I normally use for backing strings on a rock or pop song. I also usually chop a lot of low-end off of them (or other strings) with a high-pass Q, unless the strings are being used in the low end of the song.

I've used the "falls/scoops" sound on "disco-sounding" tracks before and they sounded great. For orchestral-type strings, I would definitely use something else.
