I read a rumor in two places, that UAD was k'ed (and it's suposed to released in new year), but the thing is if that is true, the witches are going to release it ? Remember that internal vault.
And if that hapend, what is the way that UAD takes to the respect, and what is the impact in their native ecosystem, spark, the buy of the plugins, etc etc etc...
For my personal taste i hope Sonnox or soundtoys, and a update for softube.

They are releasing some stuff here and there but most of it are updates and nothing that wasn't already released in the past.
