Kontakt 8 Portable "The location of some libraries has changed (different drive letter)."

    "The location of some libraries has changed (different drive letter). Restart Kontakt for changes to take effect."
    I see this message sometimes when I open the Library Manager.
    But actually nothing has been changed.
    I don't move any libraries to a different drive.
    After it appears, Kontakt gets so slow to launch a new instance or open GUI in a DAW and
    that won't be fixed until I restart my system.

    This is really annoying.
    Why does this happen?
    Any solutions please?
