So, if I do not have any Vengeance software stuff on my PC, I can't just register (sign in) on their site and download this plugin?????????????? Also, as I undastand, it requires crap-licenser to register this free plugin???

 

This plugin is an amazing freebie. Im so impressed with it. Does require you to own at least one of their products though

 

Yes, mild pump milk thats right. It`s a freebie for "customers" (patients?) ... funky marketing ... Can`t help it, just don`t like their products.

Non-sarcastic, really. Andre Keilwerth posted a video of VPS Scope update on Avenger FB group. He said it's not ready for release yet but it will be soon.

I tracked this version down on the Computer Music filesilo site because I went on Vengeance website and it had been removed and all the links on other sites are dead. I watched a Protoculture Kick and Bass mixing video and he was using it in Cubase. Another good freebie like this is Frea(k)oscope. All these freeware things are not the best idea to use, imo. Everyone assumes they will be available in the future, but that is not always the case. Since they are not [k}'d, they often are not archived onto filesharing sites. I would prefer this: https://schulz.audio/products/oszillos-mega-scope/ but over $50 to pay for an oscilloscope plugin is a bit much.

 

Yeah, I get it. I use TC Electronic Clarity M for this, but will wait for VPS Scope to be re-released soon.

 

Maybe it is too old for your computer lol. I've never noticed it lagging or anything like that. Maybe one of the settings you have it on are causing it? Mine has no presets, which is not important but could help checking something like this without listing a bunch of individual parameters. Do you have any similar problems with other visualization metering plugins like SPL Hawkeye or iZ Insight 2? That Protoculture video had it used extensively, so I thought it would be better to follow along using the same plugin.
