Hello everyone! i'm new in this forum, i hope this is the right place to write this.
So, i have a mid 2012 Macbook pro, I bought it and it already had ssd, i7 processor and 8 gb ram mounted brand new in it. The installed OS was Catalina, i'm running now 10.15.7 and in the past 3 years i worked on it using logic pro and all the plugins i found on the AudioZ site, Waves V11, Fab Filter Bundle etc..

Recently my professor in university suggested me to unmount the CD/DVD reader and place a caddy with another SSD in it so that i could have another Operating system on it, i then choose Mavericks so that i could use the Pro Tools 10.3.10 version found on audioz.

Right now i'm able to power the pc and press "alt" key to choose wich system to use, but the problem are (i know, i should have known that) :
-i can't access the internet, is there any way i could possibly can?
-i don't know how to use the plugins i'm used to like fab filters waves CLA etc etc..

As long as i understand, it's impossible to crack plugins for pro tools right? AAX can't be cracked so i guess i can only use the stock plugins PT offers?
Is there any way i can have Waves, Fab Filter, Ozone etc working on this or is it just a dream hat will never be true?

I really like pro tools and i really want to use it for mixing, mastering, Surround mixes and stuff like that, i would like to only use Logic for production and keep the work stuff on mavericks and pro tools..
Anyone can help me in any way?

 

On Mac, cracked AAX plugins are very limited, and most cracks are only available for VST, VST3, and AU formats.
Now, let’s assume AAX plugins were fully cracked for Mac. Even then, the version of Pro Tools you're using is 32-bit, which means you wouldn’t be able to install most new plugins, and even some of the older ones might not work.

Also, your OS is really outdated. I think it’s time for an upgrade.
Honestly, you’d be better off using another DAW like Cubase or Logic because of the whole cracking issue and the outdated software and system you're working with.

 

Yeah but as i said i already know that, and i'm not interested in updating as i did all of this just to have a working pro tools crack on another system, that's the only way i have to use pro tools now and no, i don't want to use cubase or reaper or other software, i also said i already use logic for production and i will never change that i love logic, but pro tools feels much better to do editing, recording and mixing.
Now, this is all i have, i'm asking for help to use plugins in any way and also i'm asking if anyone have the knowledge about what versions of the plugins i should download for this osx version, i already found some waves v9 that should work and i'm downloading right now fab filters v 2013 on audioz, i managed to install blue cats patchwork yesterday and it was working, does anyone have more advice and suggestions? isn't there an old waves version that has rtas cracked? i just need the cla compressors the ssl stuff, L1 or L2, API's, R verb H verb H delay R Comp etc
Also will i be able to run some old fabfilter crack and make it work?

to figure stuff like this out, I would use ChatGPT. It can tell you exactly what version is the last version of a program which will run on an old operating system like yours. Then you have to go track it down. One by One.

So as example, ask it "What is the last version of (Whatever Plugin or program) I can run on MacOS 10.15.7 ?". Then you have to go track down those items. Figure out which versions you can even run, and then install them however. Every one will be some case by case research to do.

You have a lot of work to do, if your plan will even work.

 

I managed to install the Waves V9.r14 On mavericks and all the plugins work on pro tools! i was so surprised! i guess RTAs where crackable?
Now i'm searching for Fab Filters, Chat GPT told me i need a version that's not older than 2015, i found a 2013 version on audioz but all the downloads are expired cause i guess it's been so long
