Possible addition of SplitEQ (transient / sustain) features? Maybe even ressonance supression like Soothe?

Small additions like panning on each band and multiple sidechain inputs would also be welcome!

I was hoping for more user-friendly advanced compression like C3 inspired by Sonible SmartComp2,
I guess Fabfilter figured out Eventide SplitEQ inspired transient/sustain dynamic EQ gotta be the new GOAT?

or MAYBE, it's gonna be Twin 4 (synth) or Volcano 4 (saturation) :bleh:

Judging from the graphics it looks like Pro-Q, with the colors and what to me looks like EQ curves in the background

Spectral dynamics, the attack and release controls and the instance list are great additions for sure. But I would have loved to see the transient / sustain functionality - just to be really close to an "all-in-one toolbox" for equalization and similar tasks

looks great. having the instances is really helpful in getting all the elements in a mix to play together nicely. Having soothe within Pro Q is also very welcomed. I feel like they would have announced transient / sustain in the teaser, but we'll see. If they dont include it, they are on crack.

Can't wait to ditch Soothe2 and SplitEQ for Pro-Q 4

For me it's the performance; had SplitEQ crash and freeze so much! Love HOFA IQ Transient, though.

The later, Soothe2 and Split EQ are good, but the fewer tools I have to use, the better.

Absolute best thing with Pro-Q is the interface. Please don't complicate it with modulators that takes screen real estate.
I hope its Pro-Q4 with these features added:
    1. Show multiple and simultaneous peak/rms meters with different hold timers (like https://www.tokyodawn.net/tokyo-dawn-labs/)
    2. Show how EQ settings affects the phase in real-time! (like Izotope Ozone EQ)
    3. Possibility to add different phase modes, both linear phase and minimal (mixed) phase modes on each EQ node. Not only globally as it is now.
    (like Izotope Ozone EQ)
    4. Much better details on low frequency spectrum, maybe with zoom in functionality for sub/low frequencies.
    5. Saturation options for each added band. Adding harmonics for chosen bands would be great.
    6. Maybe transient/ tonal separation. But not at the cost of cluttered GUI.
    7. Keep CPU low for normal EQ usage!

    you mean like Wavesfactory Spectre?
isn't Fabfilter Volcano 3 kinda saturation EQ already or Saturn 2 being (multi)band saturation?

They did it again. The Instance List is probably the closest thing i saw for so long that makes ITB mixing as tactile as a mixing console. The ability of tweaking all the channels at the same time is big win for my taste. With added saturation it will be more analog'sh than any analog emulation eq. Ofc Neutron has this thing and even more but i don't like Neutron's channel strip approach. Sometimes you just want to go through the channels, twist some knobs and listen, not swapping a lot of screens. Also Soothe + SplitEq? It will be beautiful to start 2025 with this plugin.

They didn't tho, Sonnox did that years ago with Claro and for me, it still looks and feels better. I think Claro is much better than Pro-Q but unfortunately lacks a ton of features.
