I have a legit license i just find it annoying/funny teams act like it doesnt exist same with other brands and even though people share even their ilok accounts with licenses they never get released

 

That's simply not true many bedroom producers and singers still use pro tools

 

Ofc i did not say they can't use it.they choose to use it so they either pay for it or use the old cracked version.also im a legit user too but i use it one in ten project.as for people giving ilok account first i don't think anybody did that and secondly in Vocalign NFO they stated that they did crack the ilok version but for security reason they did not release it so i think this has something to do with the whole audio scene and not team r2r.
At the end i guess there is no good in talking about why anything released or not.

 

Most can't. Think about how few people here even can, because they would have to use a nearly 10 year old version. That they are very similar doesn't matter to someone trying this stuff themself. On here, they have other users who are running it to ask. If they go on some forum like VI Control or PT Expert, etc. and ask how to install v12.5 correctly, what do you think happens? Good samaritan users helping them is what does not happen. They end up installing some disabled 8 channel version and then installing a full version DAW instead, because who wants to waste their time with Lite version of anything....

 

I mean it's pretty obvious the dude is trying to install a cracked version that's the equivalent of going to a reason forum and asking how to install reason 5 honestly what do you expect ? LOL

 

So much bellyaching about UAD and PT. It's decent software, but it won't fold your laundry or anything.

As someone said above: If you actually needed it, you would buy it. The entitlement is off the charts.

Yeah, the teams just don't want you to be happy. They're all part of the audio cabal, standing in the shadows, rubbing their hands together scheming on how to keep the elites on top, and the bedroom producers eternally on the bottom of the pecking order because UAD and Avid software is just too powerful for mere mortals.

Ridiculous.

 

I have many uad plugins and a perpetual license for pro tools amongst many other softwares but it's sad to see audiowarez slowly die i wish audioutopia was around

 

Killing Pro Toolz? I think that's just scratching the surface, what will everyone else think?
Just think for a moment if we treated everyday consumer goods the same way we treated w***z... Assuming that there were Valalentino trousers, multicolored Kelly bags, cheese, sleighs, motor oil, Protools consoles including all TDM stuff, glasses... then this question would no longer be so vague, and by that I don't mean romantic thinkers like "yeah, nothing has any value these days", but rather that this would be the end of the Western world in 100 years at the latest. Because behind the whole software industry are just people like the butcher's shop (in the country with happy cows), software developers with families, children and everything that goes with that. I don't think there is any precise analysis of how far this all goes but the software developer feels at least disadvantaged (with the exception of the dongle inventor haha, what an arse, get a life love your self Duffy Dongle) Without turning it into an evening-long discussion of principles: IT'S AWFUL, especially at this cozy Christmas time, starting a topic like this is almost like OVERCARE, they also lack empathy, and... uh, what? SORRY! My buddy Peter forced me to do this! OK, in my defense I have to add that I have now understood the post correctly. And I can now at least post something with haptics. SO: In Germany in the 80s there were these lame environmental groups that didn't do anything but always shouted loudly "Wir sind dumm, wir rennen alle um" = "We're stupid, we're all going to die". That means if the warez community were now the environmental groups and were passionately running everyone over to Avid... then I would be sure THAT IT IS SO or that it will soon be nothing more. But as you can see, that was a fictitious idea.

 

Gimme Five ! However, as always, it's a matter of taste to put it down quickly. And you mustn't forget that there always has to be a standard for students to show what they have leasrned. If you not an Sound engineer but maybe a growing banker than he must learn POWERPOINT, and I think there is better presentation software on the market, hehe, means Of course Pro Tools used to be long the pioneers best without al real serious alternate for hobby musicians at home, but today I think there are TONS of alternatives, and almost ALL of them are better, I completely agree with you totally. (Beside this i think similar about ABLETON , i found serious Magix ACID Pro is 50% better than ableton, i hard try figure out whatthe features are in Ableton, end i end it with the fact that i am sure for my self (Attention, this brings WAR) that im near believe that i be able to code ableton with Pascal, this is a crap shareware Softwith totally confusing GUI and ALL OTHER is missed, fx inside a Object or crazy features, i see it : ABLETON is near the new standart to learn. (And Magix maybe buy Avid then. Thats why i respect Magix, the do a LOT to keep things up, remember Samplitude was from SEKd and they die, and we still use Samplitude. And that was just the beginning!

The reality is that most people want a new pt cracked it would be the top download at sister site with more than 200 upvotes the fact that some people dont want it doesnt change the fact that most people want it

 

Pro Tools is (IMO) one of the best DAW out there but it just stands out, above the others, for its hardware integration (for example, Avid S1 + Avid Control).
I think that there are many reasons why PT seems (seems!) to be uncracked by now:

1) The crackers are not interested in it
2) Despite you can even have the BIG version (Ultimate) for trial, for whatever reason it is still too difficult to crack.
3) PT is cracked but the crackers keep it internal.

To me, this would be a wonderful Christmas gift.

 

That's not what I meant and I completely agree with you, I'm even sure that a lot of people would be looking forward to it. So if I've made Protools so bad that there's a shitstorm when it's released, I'm (HONESTLY) sorry, that's not what I meant ("alternatives" was what I meant). I know that Pro Tools is still a killer app (probably similar to when Reason came out again). WITH ABLETON, on the other hand, I won't let ANYONE tell me what it can do, it can't do ANYTHING (unless there are no other DAWs that have real-time time stretching with a reasonable algorithm, then ABLETON would be my KILLER app, but realistically speaking, for me it's like the result of an 8th grade school project to show the teachers that you can do everything that's so CRAZY even at 1.2% haha)

I understand that. Except at Christmas (for me), then I think I would prefer it most (if I were a Pro Tools nerd) if I were given the original as a gift (but that's only at Christmas). The fact that someone likes me so much and granted my wish and then afterwards, with the manual in my hand, no, first I go to the toilet, I'm totally excited, isn't that lovely? and I don't want to be a jerk but when Pro Tools came out you had to have a FORTUNE (In Germany there was someone who had a megamix on the radio every year at the end of the year, Oliver Momm! I think he was one of the less privileged) But for a long time now you have been able to do it "cheaply" without all the TDM real-time stuff (which really belongs in the studio with 80 tracks etc. everything should be lag-free) Again, I don't want to be a jerk but if I was so keen on Pro Tools then I wouldn't wait until Christmas, I would help out in the supermarket for a month and then buy the thing in the music store)

... and with the Crackers, that they dont want it (Serious i doesnt know also) but i also was in a inner circle at the past and WE DONT FUCKING WANT That ANYYYYYYYYYYYTHING leave a WHQ FTP, there was a reason why also the internal guys dont be able to share Pass:Login so why the add from time to time more things as IP-Range check etc. they why ever dont want it WITH ANY RELEASE. The Time has changed today (Webwarez) and i dontr have any connection or plan how the Scene today worx but instead of that theay dont wont such a Soft crack (hehe giv a child a pingpong and wait till he say, dont want it , if not political) i more think because of that ANY shit is available (also the movie TITANIC from Dirg Dig Till Peter Pan released) they dont want realease it (may at some time) but till this time they may enjoy it such as i would enjoy anyone would buy me a soft that i love. What can you do with Pro Tools that you can't do with Cubase/Studio One/Reaper/Ableton?

This just sounds like Gear Acquisition Syndrome to me.

 

Oh alert ? you delte my Post ? I absolute cant understand why you do it except that i had another meaning than you ? But it is similar with that what i have post from the Past. Why would anyone want that ancient garbage? Feature wise, it doesn't deserve to exist and not at all at the price. It is still alive because the old guys in the industry and the educational institutions. They are helpless, but we aren't. Let's give it proper burial it deserves.
