is how you opened native access, that download the free version license, overwriting the keygened one.

usually change the keygened license attribute to read only prevent this. without the need to block url's.

 

@bobdule Hey! Big fan of your work, brother. Folder C: > Program Files > Native Instruments > Native Access is empty. C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Native Instruments\Native Access has a bunch of stuff in it, but nothing obvious.
Where is the keygened license located? Not a huge deal...just wastes time rebuilding the presets db every time we have to reregister.

some user licenses are dowloaded at every opening, matching to your account. komplete start generaly use limited version (LE) and player licenses, that break the keygened one's by replacement.

all free stuff is subject to license replacement.

if the keygen say, can't write the license, your system is dirty. it is because of the write protected status.
remember this in case of update.
