This disable hardware graphics acceleration was very good for my old graphics card. For example, in one sequence, approximately 40-45% of my graphics card was activated, but when I disabled it, that 40% went down to 10-15%.

 

I don't understand why they made the edit here? if you edit everything in the routing. Why not leave the standard ones pinned. As in skin 2 retro

I'm guessing your saying why the main FX appear in the library, the reason is for "quick change".
Let's say you load a preset, you can easily change the FX from the right quickly without going to routing, selecting FX group, etc..

 

Yes, you got it right. But it seems to me that it is not very convenient to constantly add something here. And the window is not enough. I'm probably used to the Nexus 4. I tweaked this one a little, tweaked that one and it's done.

 

People said the same when Nexus 3/4 ui came out, but then everyone got used to it. Same thing will happen to Nexus 5.

 

We probably need to hope that the developers will add Skin 4. This will somehow simplify the fast work with sound.

 

If you really need Nexus 4, just use it. Install 4 on VST2 and 5 on VST3 so you can have both installed and use each ones when you need to.

 

This is where I'm at so far, I'm guessing those white buttons populate from something text base.

 

I download these Almost Dirty-20241205T023301Z-001 and they will not load I am trying to figure out what sample are missing.
All of these files on that page are just presets with no samples to download from that page.
Has anyone gotten Almost Dirty-20241205T023301Z-001 to work?

 

It's a different error, when the sounds of the patch were missing the patch is loaded anyway, so I solved it in some cases with nexus 4 expansions. in this specific case, the patch is not loaded at all and there is an error on the screen, as if the version 5 library was not complete. the error shows up on almost all of these patches

 

I would like to figure out why this is installing a AU format .component plugin in the normal Mac folder for AU plugins, and then a second one in
/Users/Shared/reFX/. This is the first time I have ever seen this. At first, I deleted it and thought it was just an error. But the next time I opened Nexus after I deleted that file, it had lost track of my presets. Without even changing the content of the settings.json file.

I'm going to try doing all the other usual testing, but I am just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

While I have put the tags file and the svg image file of those folders in their proper place

 

Nope. Those should all be under "expansions" tab, not "folders". I think there's a workaround fix in the comments on the sister site

 

How you guys manage old libraries ? Can someone show Complete bundle from last year (from sister site) + current release (sister site).
I guess on mu since new n5, not sorting correctly

 

It works for me by renaming the sample to XP UK House ;)

Rename youre files in the preset folder :

Artist serie 7 skie 2 => XP 7 Skies 2
Artist Serie KSHMR => XP KSHMR
Artist Serie Steve Aoki => XP Steve Aoki
Artist Serie Tiesto => XP Tiesto
Christmas 2024 => XP Christmas 2024 ( probably correct ... in that case update youre "content_properties.json" file

I used your file. Christmas 2024 went into the expansion, but the other artists in the series that are in the picture didn't.
