I made a video recording what it's doing and only some of them do it. Some of the plugins will freeze when you click one of the sample keys, some sound distorted like the samples are chopped and when you click and hold the mouse on the sample it usually plays a loop but some of them won't do it. I had the R2R and both VR releases and it did the exact same thing. However, I figured while it was $100 for 20 of their plugs it was a great black friday deal so I bought them legit. I uninstalled all the others and they are still doing the same exact thing. It's BM-Berzerk, VB-Dandy and a few others.

What could be causing this?

 

dandy: Have you tried setting the AMP control to direct, is it still bad? Turn down the saturation setting.

You can also make the whole thing sound a bit rougher. Try using the controls! It looks like these are presets, some of which weren't made so well by the sound designer.

yea didn't help at all, the samples play distored for some reason. I'm thinking about just delete all Ujam content on my pc ands all the regisry keys and start over with it. Also some won't even let me load but 1 blob file so it's weird..

 

Yeh i wouldn't touch em .. They are like gimmick plugins!

 

Uninstall everything and delete the really old files and then boot up the PC and reinstall!

Here are a few suggestions where you can look:

Hidden folders:
C:\ProgramData
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local

C:\Users\YourName \Documents
C:\Program Files\Common Files

Run --> Regedit --> Search registry for Ujam
Use CCleaner

This is crazy I did a fresh install and deleted everything on my computer related to anything UJAM, it's still dping the exact same thing. I purchased this its not warez

 

Same thing here, it's like only 1 blob file is loading? It did this as well with the R2R and VR releases.

 

Finally buy yourself a midi keyboard. You have to press right with your right hand and press left with your left hand at the same time.
You can't do that with the mouse.

But I could be wrong - maybe you can describe the problem in more detail?

 

what really? lmao I didn't know that. I sent UJAM a bug complaint
I'm so torn between what I want lol I want a 37 key its percfect but most manufacures don't make it, only a few do. Then I'm like maybe I'll just get a 49, but I haven't had the chance to play with any in person yet. I was planning to get a mini 25 but I watched videos and you can barely play it with 2 hands.

This is usually the step where things can go south on you. A good "talk me out of buying this" conversation can really help.

Just add up the size: ujam say: Minimum Requirements: 6.31 GB of free Disk Space

R2R/V.R = SE-BRAAASS = 34,1 MB & Library (Blob) = 5,33 GB ----> 5,54 GB so there are missing 770 MB
Have you checked how big your two blobs are?

 

I should do that next time for sure, I caught good black friday and cyber week sales.

blob 1 46.9 mb
blob 2 4.24 gb

I'm reinstalling BRAASS now

 

Blob 1 should be larger or vice versa, blob 1 larger and blob 2 smaller, looks like a manufacturer error... let's see what support says.

 

Yea I'm going to see, it didn't make sense to me either. I jut installed berzerk and it's still doing the same clipping distrotion it was too.. maybe I need to reload windows
