Katfile (free dl) now throttling to 20-25 KB/sec

    Katfile seems to frequent have issues/exhibit odd behavior (such as in the past few months attempting to force free downloaders to register an account).

    Attempting to use it today and I am being throttled to 25 KB/sec for free downloads compared to the normal 100 KB/sec download speed.

    Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? I'm using the same computer setup and browser I normally use.

    My KatFile result is: 92 kB/s to 105 kB/s

    Never used a paid account so I have no idea if that's what's expected/normal.

    380 KB/sec seems kind of low to me. Unless you're allowed to have a ton of simultaneous downloads at that speed.

    I get 50Mbit/s sometimes (free user), I guess it really depends on what time and what history your IP/connection has
