    Hey guys,

I hope that will help some of you having trouble running this version.
I downloaded it today and was facing the same problem, and another one.

First Kontakt wouldn't start at all, searching icon for a few seonds when clicking and then nothing.

So I went here and found out about the .cfg file that was missing.
Couldn't be bothered getting it from older version as I don't have any, etc...

But I tried clicking on the KTP Library Manager icon before giving up. And I was prompted with a message saying it couldn't update the .cfg file. At first, I thought it was because the file was missing. But then I realised the problem was a regular Windows issue, one that you all have faced once :

In order to give permission to KTP Library to write the.cfg file, you need to right-click its icon and choose to run it as administrator. It will then open normally and allow you to add, edit and save your libraries.

Same for Kontakt, it won't open if I don't run it as admin. Hope that won't be a problem to run it from my DAW for that reason.

The other problem was just me being idiot. I didn't have any sound coming out Kontakt... as my sound card was too low !
I did felt relief finding out, as I spent a couple hours on this.

    Have fun with it.

    Cheers
