Has anyone ever bought hardware from HRK? They took my money, but won't ship the gear.

    Just curious what people have experienced buying from HRK (hrkshop.eu).

    I placed an order for (2) 500 series channel strips on Nov 15th and the website says they ship out your order in 1-3 working days.

    It's been 7 working days and my order is still "in processing" and I've been changed for the gear.

    I sent them an email asking what the time frame was like for shipping out units (nothing combative), and I have not received a response in 3 working days.

    Is this normal for the company? I have no issues with a company contacting me saying they will be shipping late, but to receive no information and have my email ignored is just bad business and unprofessional.

    If I don't hear anything back, or see any updates on my order by the end of this week, I'll call my credit card company and request a charge back. Maybe then HRK will care enough to respond haha.

    Anybody else experienced this from HRK?

    I've purchased from them several times (500 series tape saturators), and they've always arrived. One time he never updated my order and they came even though it was still in processing in my account.

    Bart is a good guy; give him some time.

    No, but I wouldn't be interested in that at all if I were you.
    They don't answer within an extremely short amount of time? -->
    PP: If you paid with Paypal, open a case and your money is back in a few days.
    CC: In a similar case, I got my money back from Mastercard after some initial hesitation.

    Interesting. Maybe that's what happening in my case, or hopefully I just hear back from the company! Thanks for the info.

    Very good to know! Thank you for that.

    I figure that roughly 11 business days is plenty of time for a company to update information to a customer. Hopefully I don't have to take the chageback route as I really would like the channel strips.

    Sadly I have lost my trust in people. Mostly rightly so. But I love to be positively surprised :thumbsup:
    If I were Bart I would have at least written you a shot info that I'm behind schedule and will get in touch soon. :snuffy:
    When opening cases, there are usually time limits within which you must take action. You can wait until then if the $$$ don't hurt you.

    I've bought six 500 units from Bart HRK in three different orders.

    Communication was always poor but I got my units so I trust them.
    If they are waiting for parts you'll have to be patient, but I have zero doubt your order will arrive.
    Again, Be patient, Bart HRK are not fast but they make serous bang for the buck hardware.

    I'm not sure what to think of HRK. Today is the second time in the past 7 days their website has been completely down/inaccessible.

    How long ago did you buy from them?

    Also are you part of their Facebook group? I wonder if any information has been posted there recently. I don't use Facebook so I can't check.

    I'm not convinced I'll be receiving my order in the next few months and I have no idea if they'll respond to my email.

    If you say that you ship out products in 1-3 working days, then you should stand by that, update your website, or email people after purchase with additional information.
