Even when playing a single audio track on Live 12.1 R2R with a cpu indicator of 3% there is a click coming with a CPU overload charge after a few seconds. So I put Hyper-Thrreading in Off on bios and it gives better CPU management but there is still clicks coming here and there...
    What can I do?

Have you tried process lasso to change cpu priority for individual apps?

Before running any third party software you need to ensure your system is setup properly. You don't want to paint over a problem only to have it reappear.
    • Latest BIOS
    • Correct BIOS settings
    • Correct Windows settings
    • Correct DAW settings for audio/MIDI hardware
btw...what is you system config? OS, board, cpu, RAM,etc...

I've seen what you describe already. It was solved just by installing parkcontrol from bitsum (same guys who do process lasso) to quickly unpark all cores+change powerplan. Also turn off defender if you use it while using Live as it has a tendency to interfere.

    https://bitsum.com/parkcontrol/

obviously you can use it with process lasso too for even more control
