So I have downloaded the latest midipack from sistasite.

when I unzip i have a folder "Database" , and in that, a lot of folders named
"000829@acoustic_pop" , "000829@americana" ...and so on.

Inside of those folders ,are only one file named "midiDB"


I´ve tried to put the complete folder "Database" to:

C:\ProgramData\Toontrack\EZkeys 2\
also to:
C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Toontrack\EZkeys 2\User MIDI
and to:
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Toontrack\EZkeys 2

then started EZkeys2 ,tried "Add linked Folder" and "rebuild database"
-nothing appears , nothing happens.

I succesfully installed, -a while ago- ,the fusion, new wave and singer songwriter pack,uk pop
-but i think those were with installers.?

Im kinda lost now. I have googled and tubed the subject.
Where do "midiDB" -files go ?
Could anyone help , please ?

Install Instructionsfrom the midipack:
Installation: Complete replacement of the contents of your MIDI folder
By default the MIDI folder is located:
for WINDOWS - C:/ProgramData/Toontrack/EZkeys/
for MacOSX - /Library/Application Support/EZkeys/

I did not have a folder named "midi" , so I created one and put "database" there.- added to linked folder and rebuild database. no luck.

Hello @Beetlejuice, it's best to uninstall this version and delete all remaining files and install this version:

Toontrack EZkeys v2.1.1.CE - V.R

I just installed it and it looks like this:

C:\ProgramData\Toontrack

SUBFOLDER 1:
C:\ProgramData\Toontrack\EZkeys
Subfolder
C:\ProgramData\Toontrack\EZkeys\EZK2-SessionOrgan
C:\ProgramData\Toontrack\EZkeys\MIDI

Yes , Thankyou @Radio , that was a great update recommendation, now there´s a good file-pointer -tab.
Still some confusion with "thirdparty"-tab in Grooves window , because under Settings-Libraries/paths , there is no entry-box for to set a path.

As for others who install the above Toontrack EZkeys v2.1.1.CE - V.R :

The installation does not prompt you for the destination of the file : EZkeys 2.vst3
It will write it most likely in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Toontrack
My DAW didnt like that , so I moved it to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
