Hello... Does anyone know a plugin that allows you to see the spectrum analyzer in slow motion?
For example, I want to see what the attack time is in relation to the fundamental frequency.
    Thanks in advance.

I understand what you're looking for, but I'm not sure it would be useful,

I'd rather suggest taking a look into transient-based process plugins, such as for example Eventide SplitEQ, where you could see but also immediately tweak to hear (and learn to hear) relation between transients and sustain:

I'd set my DAW to spectrogram view (or use eg. Audacity) instead. Added benefit: 100% arbitrary zoom on both axes, time and frequency.

Thanks for your recommendation, but I would still like to know if there is a plugin that can provide a slow motion feature for the Spectrum visuals.

You can record the screen with an application like Camtasia and then slow down the result (If I have understood correctly)...

Slowmotion? Do you mean you want a more average/median/inertia reading (average loudness per band), layered with a fast reading (transients)?
Voxengo Span and Span Plus has "Avg Time".
    DMG Audio TrackMeter has "decay".
    Etc.

I use the free Computer Music version of VPS Scope. It has a Freeze Scope button on it. It does not do slow motion, it does completely stopped. You can turn off the Line and the Spectrum becomes bars, like a graph.

Link from Computer Music Filesilo site for (intel) Mac and PC versions: https://www.filesilo.co.uk/software/vengeance-sound-scope/. It will show up under Keilwerth Audio in your DAW plugin menu.

I can think of only two ways to achieve this. Either screen recording and slo-mo playback or duplicate the source, add a transient designer to each and mute the part you do not want to see/hear. YKWIM?

What about one of those slow-downer plugins?

What are you using it for? Sonic Visualizer can do that and is free, but not a VST. It IS one of things that the program is for, it has a Peak Frequency Spectrogram under the Pane menu that does that, plus it has several other display modes. You have to drag and drop .wav files into it, but you can see those exact things:

    https://www.sonicvisualiser.org/

You're better off just taking note of the transient, fundamental, etc . . . in that, then modifying them in VSTs/etc . . .
