I bought an Alesis V61 MKII.
The manual speaks about a software editor to take advantage of the few buttons and pads, but at Alesis website, https://www.alesis.com/products/view2/v61-mkii there is no such software to download.
I created a ticket with support but no answer...

So, if you have this software, I would appreciate if you share it with me.

Edit: Solved. You MUST register your product just to download the editor.
This is not even mentioned in the product download page.
But then, you dont download the editor, you download a software manager from In Music, from which you can finally download the editor, and of course, they try to push other products from there...

Again a shitty policy from a company.

Now I simply block all their programs with my firewall.

In case someone wants the editor without the hassle, here it is:

Hello, may i know your opinion about alesis v61 mk2 now? im thinking of getting one and would love to know about the keys.. how does it feel.. is it better than arturia 61 keylab essential?

 

The Arturia 61 Keylab is clearly better in terms of quality than the Alesis V61 MK2.
The keyboard on the Alesis is a bit spongy and the feel is not quite as great.
