I expect it's not a particular sample library/libraries (I hear snares in there but not sure what else) that's the key but balancing layers and processing.

 

Sounds super clipped to me, with a lot of snare wire (snare bottom mic maybe). There's a trailing echo that I am not sure if it's on the actual snare or if it's pink noise. The actual snare wire sound could just be gated pink noise.

That's a layer of several orchestral drums, heavily clipped/distorted. I'd look for orchestral or cinematic drum libraries, could be there're some asian drums in it too.

 

Yeah I have Action Strikes and a combo of bass drums, low toms, low taikos and snares with a little bit of EQ boost at 60hz and 2k has got me a good chunk of the way there. It's the last 30% or so I'm missing
