is this better than wormhole?

 

Way different. Womhole is made to be an "effect" processor, and Elastique Pitch is clean pitching without artifacts or effects.

I create them using Ableton. just pitch it up an octave. I think I used complex pro (from memory) It's 9 years old now

 

Vocal Bender was perfect for what I was looking for.
