Can you recommend a declipper?

I have to declip the sample linked. The best tool I found was Izotope Declip. But I wondered if you have experience in this subject and can recommend anything that is better? Izoptope does output a listenable file, but there would be parts to improve. Not the end of the world though, but who knows...

I saw Boris Declipper, but I can't use it as it is for Windows 10, I have Win 7. If you say it is better than Izotope, I can install a Windows 10 though to try it.

Ahh, that route is not an optimal solution now, because I have no clue about what to adjust to make it cleaned up. I am not a wave expert that much. I have absolutely no clue how it is possible to declip at all. So I can only rely on AI and recommended settings at the moment. I am looking for something like that.

Use RX De Crackle before De Clipper. Use Two De Clippers, both set to high quality, unlink the bands, use the first one very subtly, and go harder with the second one. Use an air band eq after the De clippers to add back some highs removed by the de clippers.

Start by putting a huge and narrow dip on whatever frequency is doing that awful ringing first. Everything should sound infinitely more bearable afterwards.

Several good recommendations have already been named! You can also try Voxengo Peakbuster (misleading name) if you want to bring some life back after declipping. It is not designed to remove distortion caused by clipping but it's a great tool that can be used in combination.

Thanks guys for all your suggestions. Recently I have tried various methods, in the end I stuck to RX7 and its Declipper. It is giving decent results. However there is one oddity I noticed: why can I have the feeling that the low setting is better than the high setting in the Declipper? Maybe due to the fact that this is a low quality audio, it is better to conceal things than return everything as clean as possible?
