This is a common issue on mac.I had this issue with serum and trackspacer (big sur).the only fix that worked for me is setting permission for plugin root folders with batchmod.

Select root folder and give read and write access to every user and it should work.

At least it worked for me for both serum and trackspacer.

also you can have a look on polyverse from infected mushroom as alternative.
and you can use the older warez release of shaperbox installed parallel with the actual official shaperbox2 version demo, which is free without timelimit. so you can combine with the new noiseshaper

 

just use the shaperbox 1 keyfile for shaperbox 2 the shaperbox 1 key fom hy2rogen works fine here on win 10

 

Someone please help I tried deleting files and I keep getting the same annoying message to authorize and download presets all over again. Where do the presets download to? Why does this message constantly pop up?

 

Did anyone find anything? I’m having the same issue with 3.5.2.
