If you're really concerned about privacy, Mullvad is the way to go. Be sure to use it with the Mullvad browser if you need an extra layer of privacy.

 

The entire point for a VPN is keeping you and your shit PRIVATE. NORD is crap. They set the bar that way when they allowed police access to their logs. ProtonVPN is another of that same caliber. NO point in paying for shit like that. Stay away from them unless you like flushing your hard earned $$ down the toilet and opening yourself to possible investigation. Mullvad, I have no word for or against. Unless you can verify that a VPN service uses RAM only servers and NO user logs are ever written to any sort of perma-storage device or transmitted anywhere offsite then leave it and search for something that fits the expectations of a real VPN. Unfortunately with VPN you get what you pay for - the lower priced "bargains" get you lower priced, bargain service.

 

there's probably a jdownloader plugin that you need to put your authentication info (to alldebrid) in, at least that's how it works for the realdebrid I use

anyways most ppl using vpn living in dreamworld utopia of safety ,i would never ever use not a dedicated machine for things like amazon or bank stuff or just money transaction data ,or simple adresses and use instead a machine where i do everything on ,and when i know its risky , vpn or not. .....aand when it comes to totalarian countrys and i wanted to communicate i surely wouldnt do my bet on such a service ......aaaaand the guys using vpn cause loading oneclick hoster warez are funny ....ok torrent another story as we know but if someone thinks that the right torrent from right place cant fck them cause using a vpn ....ohh dude .

Instead of paying VPN or premium hoster why not just try the demo of plugins and then invest money into that instead.

 

Premium account or VPN can be about $50 per year, depending on what service someone picks to use. Maybe for the same price you can buy 1 decent plugin every 2 years.

 

Indeed better one plugins which is usefull than each day a new which get barely touched since already a new is getting downloaded.

There are so many great plugins available for $50 or less.
Or rent2own.

But it is all matter of what one want.
Making music with usefull tools or downloading and collecting and not learning how to use them.
Or both
