The only hopeful thing I can tell you is that you are not alone and many are with you.

I am just an old guy having fun creating tracks, not looking to be the next big thing so i don't feel like i am wasting my time.

The best thing that can be done is to ask the governments to close down the clubs. Because if there is no club, a song that would be used there will not be produced and all problems will be solved.

I like the second one "One love" the most, but i too have trouble with proper automations for fx and filtering, meaninig they can take a lot of time to make perfect, hence my opinion is that it keeps your sound little monothone even tho it is not, but you get my point hopefully, no offense... i think also your sound has moved foward since i started listening to your tracks!

Yeah, i mean in general that is something everyone struggles or has to spend time, but i find it the best when i play with certain filter automations while sending a sound to an delay, so you can leave percs playing, completely remove low end information around 2 minutes and get ear to focus on certain particular elements and move that focus from one perc to another... helping the ear to rest since you got a lot of drums going

Dont get me wrong, but that is the first thing i always think when i hear your tracks, i just had to say it because rarely i can really hear kick playing for 5 minutes straight. Playing with the listeners ear. It is kinda hard to say your opinion on these things so nobody will tell you, but i think you got to certain place where you are leveling up in my opinion.. cheers

 

all the above. You second one mostly but third as well, sound already good. The genre is by essence relatively monotone and very much repetitive, but i like the way you already fought this, there are nice variations. Although it could probably benefit from some playtime with parameters to blend everything nicely (sky's the limit). I think this would infuse more of a "breathing" life to your tracks.

bro, i spent more time making love with Music in clubs than with women anywhere else. So no, this is certainly not a "waste of time". What is a waste of time anyway, who's to define waste ? There's perversion and corruption in everything, music and clubs are no exception. It's not because you've got a bad idea of what club music can be that it is necessarily a bad thing..
