What sample libraries are available that can get the sound of Schiff's Schubert...He recorded it on a 1820s Franz Brodmann. I absolutely love these recordings:

My primary piano is CFX Garritan & for vibey stuff Teletone's Golden Age Grand. Both fabulous and I love them both. I'm after the tone and intricacies of the sound in above recording. Can these libs be processed to sound like that or what's the best library that's closest to this sound.

    Here's Schiff talking about it:

Pianoteq has emulations of most prominent FortePiano and pianos of the past.
Like Pleyel or Erard, used by Chopin.

However, they sound so different that usually to our "modern" ears appear too thin.
The middle range is somewhat similar to modern, but high and low are totally different.

In past many compositions were executed faster than today, mostly because of short string decay.

realsamples did some fortepiano sample libraries I think. But they are rather small, pianoteq might be the best for fortepianos.

They just sound really different to modern pianos. Maybe it sounds thin if you have pleb ears lol. Early pianos have their own strenght.
