having great trouble trying to recreate a sound like this,any help would be great

Sounds like a simple lowpassed saw but with pitch shifting (+1 and/or +2 octave) with some pitch bend + reverb and/or delay.
At first I thought it was sync modulation (or formant filter) on the upper octave layer, but it's pretty characteristic of pitch shifting.
