no need to wait, plenty of good drum sequencers out there right now. software and hardware.

Think I'll spend the day mapping my keylab to the DrumComputer so I can use midi control to tweak it in real time...

Sorry all for not getting back. I got really sick, hospital stuff, run on Addison's meds (should've died from one of the many crises I got but my body seems to be as tough as my grandmother's sticky pudding dish or a sturdy Hammond organ from the 69's) i've also been put on loads of nasty pain meds which is needed to get through the day, life seems to get better step by step. We all know life can be short so I take everything to extend joy and happiness. The best thing of all, miss Klingon is leaving me and because I'm not eating my stress away I did something different... Yes, Oops I did it again, and again, and again, and again (surely not lost in a forest though)...

I did Steve Duda a favor and went full legit on all his tools a while back. Got a great deal on Knobcloud getting full legit on that Sugar Bytes suite and I got myself a second hand TR-8S, AR, MPC Live 2 (MPC 3 beta is plain marvellous) and last but not least, after watching a YT vid featuring Florian Meindl, the Pioneer Toriaz SP-16 was next on the list. Still waiting for the BCR32 units to drop. Oh I forgot to mention I upgraded Ableton too and there's still a birthday BArp to unpack, all in good time.

Between lawyer stuff, the extreme feeling of tiredness, pain and the hospital visits that I still need to undergo I became a hybrid fun making animal and while making choices should've become harder due to my expansion stress coping mechanisms, I feel extremely happy to now being able to let me get guided by whatever my mood is steering me to. ITB, OTB, IOTB, just arm the samplers, some great sequencers, the Microfreak or the many other ITB synths accompanied by some of the cheapest second hand Uli gear stuff and yet, the greatest thing of all, there's no nagging "demo" voice shouting from below anymore screaming: "If you want a brawl please keep on making sound", "Turn your sound down or we have a conversation" and the greatest "threat" of all, "If you're not changing your behaviour and have too much fun, the couch is your place for tonight". I love my couch, my precious..

For some reason things had to happen this way to find a way back into fun and it all started here. With a little thread about a drumsequencer. Thanks so much all. And thank you @SAiNT for the thing you did for me a while back at the sister site. You brought light to me when I needed it the most, in my dark time.

I found my answer, a lock can be places but maybe there are more, finding their own "drumsequencer". It will come to you but sometimes it takes some time. Don't give up, keep on searching and have lots of Audiosex in the meantime.
