West Memphis Three.

My girlfriend brought a video home last week, called „West of Memphis“.
I found it very disturbing and it left me in a bit of a turmoil. It wouldn’t leave me alone, so I tried to dig in a bit deeper and sifted through some of the many websites about this case. We then watched „Devil’s knot“ which is the same case with the usual „Hollywood treatment“. After a bit more sifting through the web, I decided to watch the first documentary called „Paradise Lost:: The child murders of Robin Hood hill“ This really blew my hat off!! The last time I saw anything like this, was a film concerning the Spanish inquisition. It’s just so bizarre.
I woke up this morning and I thought – Jesus!! This is something like „The Truman Show“, someone has made this story up, and the media are using it to make a lot of money on it.

I must admit I live a bit on the „Dark side of the moon“ don’t have a lot of social contact, and try and keep out the way of TV, newspapers, radio and any other propaganda machines. That’s the reason why I have never heard anything about the West Memphis Three up to now.

Are there any Audio Sex members familiar with this story who can sort of „pinch“ me, and tell me that I am not dreaming, and that this is reality? Is this really, „Reality is crazier than fiction“?

There are so many sites that handle this case. If anyone is interested,
this site: "callahan.8k.com" is very comprehensive. What I am saying is that the whole story around
this case is so grotesque, it seems to me as if it had been made up. The police investigations, the trial,
the aftermath of the trial, the media coverage, the documentaries, everything is so bizarr that I thought
this might be a bad joke.​
