Hi. Do I miss anything or it is like that that the gate is missing the Knee control? Shouldn’t it have the control as the compressor has it? I can play with Attack/Release and Hysteresis to avoid abrupt cuts of sound but I still think it is a missing control.

Gate plugins do not normally have a Knee parameter. On one side of the threshold, it is closed. On the other side, it is open. All the variables after that are the behavior after it is opening or closing. A fence or a wall with a gate in it, generally does not move forward or backward. A Knee parameter allows for grey area and determines which side of the threshold it is considered as.
