Their image quality is not very good. Acceptable for vector text (Word or PDF), otherwise not suitable for photos or other texts.

 

I went with an epson colour label printer for travel stuff and quick prints—it fits in my gear bag and works well with minimal setup. What I like is it connects easily via USB or Bluetooth, and I’ve had no weird formatting issues so far. It’s not for massive prints, but for throwing out quick color labels or small docs, it’s been solid.

The Canon Pixma TR150 or the Epson WorkForce WF-110 would work well. Both can print up to A4 and are compact enough to fit in a laptop case, and if you like keeping printed memories organized, services like groovebook can also complement a portable printer nicely.
