    As someone with a reputation for being a very demanding perfectionist, I have to admit that I'm really impressed by your commitment: nitpicking about which oversampling multiplier must be chosen on a limiter, and doing so in accordance to musical styles that no audiophile in the world would ever hear anywhere else than in a supermarket, is absolutely amazing.

    Try to downsample with iZotope RX instead of r8brain. I'm pretty sure the difference will be less obvious...
