That's a flute of some kind.

I'm thinking something like a shakuhachi, a Japanese flute, but smaller and more nasal

Look for eastern flute sample library, preferably something that can do the intonation and tuning right as it's not equal temperament.

Just to add to the confusion lol.. The first phrase (esp. the ornament) is kind of a flute, the second phrase is something like zurna (probably still layered w flute) and the third, octave down one, is a trombone-like brass. It can be sample-based or synth/sample based.

 

try the Kontakt library "NI Middle East", "NI East Asia", just playing through the preset, you'll find a lot of Blackpink, Lisa, Jennie sounds in there. Plus you can learn about all those instruments. I think they used those, apart from the time warped random Splice sample (KSHMR most of the time).

There are people making videos about "sample used by kpop" in Youtube as well, if you're lucky you'll probably get more accurate answer.
