Thanks for the answer. However, I just realized that I have to create create a .nicnt file, and it looks....complicated. I dropped it now, but I'll probably try it later.

 

Oh yes, you have to create a .nicnt file if its a library that hasnt got one. But he said he couldnt see the wallpaper, so I assumed it was a libray that was already added, because you cant add the library without the .nicnt
I dont add libraries that dont have a pre-made .nicnt (in case of conflicts) but there has been an app/tool made that will create them for you by Bobdule (i think it was him)

Let me point out that creating an artificial .nicnt file is fraught with the fact that it may coincide with one from another library and thus interfere with its download. It is much more convenient to use the version Native Instruments Kontakt 7 Portable. There are no problems at all with downloading libraries without a .nicnt file, or with adding any wallpapers.

 

People do this all the time. The issue is caused by use of the same SNPID. On Mac, KLU makes this very simple. You should have a utility on PC that does the same sort of things.

I use NI Kontakt 7 Portable and have no problems at all. It is much easier))

Hi, in fact for Windows with Bobdule's software, it's very easy to create a .nicnt file, and without conflict. With “Kontakt_Button.exe” you have access to several tools, including the “nicnt maker”. When you open it, simply enter the name of the company producing the library, then the name of the library, and find a “code” that mixes letter and number. If the code already exists on your PC, it will be highlighted in red. The easiest way is to use codes like W1W, W2W etc.....
