hi,how do i select a colour for instance i want synth tracks to be green.
used to be in inspector u could select a colour.
im on pc.

i am only able to colour the event not the actual track this way.

 

i did check before i put question up here. it seems to have changed in cubase 13

 

i know about the ctrl and scroll mouse but is there not a way in 13 to select a colour?

 

Why not assign keyboard shortcuts to color palette, if you do not already have one? And any other functions. I use Color tracks, audio, etc in every single project. Something awkward would get old.

 

Deselect the event(s), select the track only.

Then you're doing it wrong because it works perfectly fine here every single day and has for years.

 

Press CTRL while simultaneously clicking the area under the track symbol... the color pallette will open up. choose your colour and thats it.

And yes, the earlier method of doing it from the inspector doesnt work anymore.
