Recommendations for great electric bass vst/libraries

    Toontrack EZ Bass is the best I've found. If Mac/Logic the new Session Bass is also excellent. You can dial in slides and string noise on either VST.

    A combination of Toontrack EZbass & Ample Sounds does what I want.

    My personal favorite basses are from Orange Tree, Ample Sound and Native Instruments. Trilian is nice too but I'm rarely using it anymore.
    I choose Orange Tree or NI if I want to get something going quickly, and Ample Sound when I have the time and patience to go into details. Their articulation sequencer is very powerful but it demands time and dedication, rewarding me with more alive results.
