looking for a good multiband delay plugin. FL studio has one that looks great though I am in ableton. I have scoured through M4L as well. Let me know

 

if i'm not mistaken Eventide recently released a new version of the H3000. 8 bands or something like that.
waves is another common option

ableton has one. Filter delay. just turn down or turn off the bands you dont need. adjust the q of the filter as needed.

actually turning it to 100% wet and delaying certain frequencies. basically disperser on steroids for bass music/leads

Sometimes rather than tracking down a new mb plugin, I will use BlueCat's MB-7 mixer. You can add a chain of plugins to each band, which is basically it's own channel strip with crossover between the bands. Or with a delay, I put the plugin on a send the majority of the time. You could insert an EQ/filter instance on each send before a delay processor.

Both are more CPU hungry options, but you could go that route for being more of a control freak. You can probably get a very similar effect with Fabfilter Timeless, but it's not precisely a mb delay.
