reaper - whats the fastest way to set a number of similar items (lets say snare hits) to a particular loud volume? instead going by ear checking adjusting each one

i need something that would check their lufs or rms and then adjust each one to reach the same level

 

select items, actions->normalize items, pick the metric you want (peak, lufs, rms, -23 lufs)
